Executive Summary

Jairus House, Inc. is a supportive recovery house.  We are committed to help women establish long-term recovery goals with a focus on successful transition to permanent residency. We stand as a beacon of hope for women navigating the challenges of substance use disorders. Our recovery house follows a structured, holistic approach offering peer support, recovery support, and a plethora of resources that are necessary for successful transition.

Our Mission

Jairus House’s mission is to provide women safe, substance-free housing and the resources needed while building a pathway for their successful transition to permanent residency.

Our vision is to empower all women with the necessary resources in their transition to permanent residency after treatment or incarceration.

Our Recovery Home

Drug and Alcohol Free

All women living in Jairus House must be drug and alcohol-free. Our living environment is regulated by imposing house rules, curfews, and mandatory drug testing

Affordable

Rent: $500.00 monthly includes necessary utilities and amenities. Personal space is vital to providing an atmosphere of recovery and therefore, we limit the number of residences.

Supportive

Residents are surrounded and supported by other women. A once-a-week house meeting is mandatory. Other resources will also be offered.

What We Do

Jairus House Services

Jairus House guides the women to resources that support for a seamless transition.  

Case Management

The case manager will help residents access treatment and services related to the goal of addiction recovery.

Housing

Jairus House will provide level I home-like, safe, and healthy living environments in the community.

Employment

It will be necessary for the residents to find employment before the end of their stay to support their transition into society.

Peer Support

Peer specialists can support the residents in their personal lived experience with mental health challenges as they are trained to provide support
