Quality Requirements
We understand and appreciate the wonderful intentions involved when people contact us about furnishing or other similar items. They feel the items are plenty good for a sober living house, but in reality, they are not items we would be able to accept. We try to only provide our women with quality surroundings because we’ve found that by providing them with the same quality of life that a “regular” family enjoys, leads to more self-respect and thereby more respect for their sobriety, their house mates, and their home. So, we will only be able to accept items in “very good” or above condition. You may send photos of the items to crhodes@jairushouse.org
